I see in pictures.... everywhere...always cropping a scene in my mind.
Working with world-renowned photographer Hiro in his studio as a teen ignited my interest in the medium. From there I embarked on my "Street" aesthetic spending much of my time with my Pentax A1A exploring Central Park developing my craft, it was an enlightening experience.
With a world-class advertising and producer background, my work gained exposure through agency photography opportunities. Projects such as documenting the creation of a mural in the agency lobby by street artist Bradley Theodore and photographing ad campaign assignments developed.
Recently, I was commissioned by Manhattan’s oldest society magazine, AVENUE Magazine, the blend of affluence and influence to photograph New York in the Pink. It was a photo essay to support an exhibit at FIT. "Pink Is The New Punk". A look at how the color Pink has influenced fashion.
My new book “Vacant” documents the affect of landlord greed on businesses in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
